Free room upgrades: We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff upgraded our rooms for free. It was a nice gesture and added to our overall satisfaction. . Good service: the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. Convenient location: the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city.
Cleanliness issues: Unfortunately, we found the cleanliness of the hotel to be subpar. the floors were dirty, surfaces were dusty, and the showerhead was caked with limescale.

Good location, nicely built, just like a modern day hotel, comfortable and was value for money.
Service was very poor, even after repeated requests cleaning was not done, extra bed was not laid, lenin for blankets were not fixed, toiletries were not there, water glasses & tea cups were not there, water jug was half filled, shower didnt have water pressure because pores were choked. Nice hotel need to be geared-up on services part.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage as it offers a convenient pick-up service from the railway station. it is close to a swish restaurant, providing guests with alternative dining options.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a disappointment. the room had dirty floors and dusty surfaces, while the bathroom had a limescale-caked shower head and a dirty sink.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and delicious food. The service was top-notch and we even got complimentary WiFi. The location was convenient and the hotel had all the necessary facilities. Plus, they upgraded our rooms for free, which was a pleasant surprise.
Cleanliness was a major issue as we found the room to be dirty and the bathroom facilities were not up to par. The noise from the corridor and construction outside the room was disruptive and affected our sleep.

ONE of the receptionist guys is friedly and on the ball!
Exept the mentioned one (looks bit like nicolas cage) alll others are slobs! Rooms are in used look;)

Clean , big rooms ,helpful and friendly staff.
Wifi in common area only not in room . Main road is hell at night .. Some mad driver wanted to knock me off the road. Away from Golden Temple.
